Cancellation Policy

Dog walks:

  • Cancellation before 9:00 am on day of scheduled walk or service: no charge
  • Cancellation after  9:00 am on day of scheduled walk or service: full day rate charge 

Invoicing and Payment Procedures

Invoices will be emailed to the pet parent’s home on a weekly basis on the final day of the week’s services.

We request prompt payment in the form of E-Transfer within 3 days of invoice delivery date.
