Moira (West End Dog) is awesome! She is amazing with my Bernese puppy (who has an unlimited amount of energy). Dani adores her. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my puppy is happy and cared for. I really appreciate Moira of West End Dog for taking such good care of my little 13 year old Yorkie, Theo. I recently went on a 25 day vacation to Australia and was very thankful that Moira took such good care of Theo while she boarded him in her home. Moira was very thoughtful to send me messages and pictures of how Theo was doing and he did very well under Moira’s care. He returned home very content. I think he loved all the attention Moira and her husband gave him and enjoyed the company of Moira’s two little dogs as well. Our little boy Chase (Löwchen) was 13 when our former dog walker moved away. We needed to find someone who cared about him as much as we did. Moira was the perfect person for us! She walked him every day and is absolutely lovely; one in a million! She’s is a very reliable, caring, snuggling, caregiver. I can’t say enough good things about her.

She has been more than generous with her time and insights when we have sought her advice on a number of matters regarding training. And she has even taken him into her home for boarding! She stays in communication with us while she is out with the dog. She was careful and thorough before taking on the responsibility of caring for our dog and has shown that she is trustworthy. There was no adjustment period while she got used to being with us again. Alice was utterly calm from the first minute back. It was as if she (and we) had never been away. “From the beginning, the level of professionalism from Moira was top notch! From her initial visit to meet my cats and get the lay of the land to her follow-up visit just before I left on my vacation, it took all the stress away of leaving my loved ones at home alone for the week.
Cats are most comfortable in their home environment so I wanted to leave them there while I was away for the week. This was this first time I’d ever used an in-home animal care service. Moira sent updates and pictures every day which was awesome and let me fully relax in the comfort that my guys were in great hands.
When I returned, the litter was clean, fresh water, food and the floor was free of litter. This was nice to come home to after a long day of travel…back to reality.
